🏥🩺 Educational Visit to CSSD♻️ Department and isolation unit at Terna Hospital 🩺🏥
Our ANM 2nd Year students visited the Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) and Isolation unit at Terna Hospital to gain practical knowledge about sterilization processes, infection prevention, disinfection techniques, and the management of sterile medical supplies.♻️And to gain practical knowledge about infection prevention and control practices, patient isolation procedures, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and the management of communicable diseases.🦠 The visit helped students understand the vital role of CSSD in ensuring patient safety and maintaining high standards of healthcare services.
And the visit enhanced their understanding of maintaining patient safety, preventing the spread of infections, and delivering quality healthcare in specialized clinical settings.
